We are part of HPIN (Heat Pump Installers Network) – a collaboration between CB Heating & EDF Energy.
This enables us to offer the Government BUS grant for our customers which is currently £7500 for qualifying customers.
We’ve chosen HPIN to work with as their primary objective is to “protect the consumer, from start to finish”.
You receive the system design, guidance & support from a national company, while the site survey & installation are carried out by your local heating engineer, WellPlumbed.
We will then also carry out any future maintenance, just as we do with gas boilers.
We offer a free (no obligation) initial visit to gather some basic details* – we then pass this information on to CB Heating who can then provide a detailed & transparent quote.
When you accept the quote, WellPlumbed are scheduled to visit & carry out a proper survey of your property to enable a correct system design.
The surveyor will also be the chief installer & will be present everyday of the installation.
*number of bathrooms, bedrooms, SqM of property, date of construction, heat source, emitters,
available space for cylinder, available space for heat pump…& various other relevant details
